pop music and R&B legends will perform on the same stage in
a benefit concert this coming November 19th, 2006, 7:30 PM, at
Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center, NYC. Hosted by The Whiteweld
Foundation as part of its prestigious Whiteweld
Concert Series,
the concert will feature the inimitable Dionne Warwick singing
a selection of her unforgettable hits, along with popular Peabo
Bryson of R&B and Walt Disney
movie soundtrack fame. The concert will be co-sponsored by Citizens
Community Bank and 98.7 KISS FM in NYC.
Her popular music has thrilled
audiences for 45 years, and now Dionne will perform her legendary
music onstage, for one night only, in this special concert. Fans
will not want to miss this event, as legendary Dionne Warwick sings
a collection of her greatest hits. Peabo Bryson has established
a career as one of the premier soul crooners of the last quarter
century. With a beautifully rich, nearly operatic voice, he will
appear as the Special Guest of Dionne Warwick, making this concert
a truly magnificent, altogether unforgettable event.
