| JAMES ATIEH APPOINTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AT CITIZENS COMMUNITY BANK |
Ridgewood, NJ, August 30th, 2007 — James Atieh was appointed to the post of Senior Vice President and Chief financial Officer of Citizens Community Bank (CCB) of Ridgewood, New Jersey, according to Richard C. Lanza, President of CCB. Citizens Community Bank has been serving Ridgewood and the surrounding area since 2004, and is known locally as Ridgewood’s Hometown Bank™.
Mr. Atieh has a distinguished history in the banking industry, with extensive experience in community banking, as well as special expertise in improving bank performance. He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and has been a much-sought-after banking executive throughout his career.
Prior to his appointment at Citizens Community Bank, Atieh spent two years with Interchange Capital Company, LLC in Saddle Brook, NJ, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Franklin Bank in Nutley, NJ for three years until the bank was purchased by Interchange Capital Company.
Atieh has held high-ranking positions with several other banks, in both New Jersey and
New York, for over 15 years, and has handled many high-level responsibilities, including
asset-liability management and the formation of capital and strategic planning.

A long-time resident of Oakland, New Jersey, Atieh lives with his wife in the northern New Jersey town, and is an avid tennis player. The couple’s two daughters are grown and reside with their growing families. In addition to his MBA, Atieh also did his undergraduate work at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, where he majored in business management.
